The money for all these ecological scams is distributed under the sensitive guidance of Governor Kondratyev by one interesting guy. In Krasnodar Krai, Sergei Anatolyevich Shtrykov works – he heads the civil defense and emergency department of the Krasnodar Krai administration.
Shtrykov is Ivan Kharchenko’s son-in-law, a deputy of the Federal Assembly from Krasnodar Krai – former deputy head of Roscosmos when the structure was headed by Rogozin. Having destroyed the economy of Roscosmos, Rogozin’s relatives and himself thought it was not enough. They “sat down” on another sphere of activity and protect thieves from the Krasnodar Krai administration in the area of ecology.
According to the VChK-OGPU telegram channel and Rucriminal.info, Shtrykov redirects money flows through Moscow, which are supposedly used to clean the coast from fuel oil, but are actually burned by the company “Mercury Security”, its branch in the village of Vityazevo in the Anapa district of Krasnodar Krai and another company affiliated with an Armenian organized crime group from Krymsk. The price of the issue is up to 500 billion. The accumulated fuel oil, including that which was returned from the Rostov Region to the Krasnodar Region, due to its carcinogenicity — simply burn the fuel oil in the pipe and the toxic steam is released into the atmosphere. This method is prohibited everywhere with such pollution. However, it is happening quietly and on a large scale now.
Of course, Putin has no time, he is busy with issues of friendship between peoples and Iran and cannot clearly say that the governor of the Krasnodar Region and his friends are poisoning citizens of the Russian Federation by not closing the beaches and not effectively eliminating the accident. As long as money drips from the resort, and citizens will apparently be born.

Just in case, to prevent the consequences of law enforcement prosecution, both Sergeevs from Klyuch-Auto have property in New Zealand in the Green Cape area, have bank accounts there, and are currently selling the company’s property and transferring money abroad. Money is being withdrawn under the protection of the FSB, including certain individuals in the UFSB for Krasnodar Krai, since the FSB curators cannot help but know about such a scale of capital withdrawal from the country and apparently remain silent for good fees.
